Currently, we ship within the UAE only.

Shipping Method: FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Handling time: Our order handling time is 1-2 business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY).

Transit time: Our order transit time is 1-3 business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order cut-off: Our order cut-off time is 12:00AM {(GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai}.

Shipping rates: Our shipping fee is 30 AED in Standard Shipping for all over the United Arab Amirates. Taxes are added with shipping charges. You will receive an email when you place your order, as well as when your order ships. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You may also track your order status on our Order tracking page. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Currently, we just ship within the UAE.

What should I do if the tracking number I receive is not working?

We ensure our delivery alerts help you stay on top of orders. If the tracking number does not work, we
